the room was clean and well kept. the location is convenient with easy access to nearby shops. i found the staff very friendly and helpful during check-in. public transport was very close.

I had to pay extra for a kettle and tea bags. It felt a little unnecessary.

The location was excellent for accessing local transportation. a tram stop was very close. It made getting around easy.

unpleasant odor inconvenient placement

the location proved convenient for accessing local transport links.

The room lacked sufficient ventilation, requiring the window to remain open. the toilet emitted an unpleasant odor. the separate placement of the toilet and shower close to the bed was quite inconvenient. I felt cold immediately after showering.

room size late check-in good location on-site parking

the room was a nice size. late check-in was available upon my arrival. the location proved good. the walk to the city centre took approximately 20 minutes. the on-site parking was an unexpected, convenient amenity. i found the arndale centre and coop live venue easily accessible.

i noticed some noise coming from other rooms , which slightly affected my sleep.
